Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PlaylistStalker. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial paid charge, for any reason. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Recurring Renewals
After the initial 14-day window, subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent future renewals; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer pro-rated refunds for renewal charges in cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or duplicate charges.
3. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any charges, so refunds do not apply.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@playliststalker.com from the email address on your account. Please include:
- Your account email
- The order or invoice number from your Paddle receipt
- The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
