Last updated: May 30, 2026

Welcome to PlaylistStalker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlaylistStalker website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by PlaylistStalker, a sole proprietorship established in Germany ("PlaylistStalker", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

PlaylistStalker provides tools to track public Spotify playlist follower counts over time, receive alerts, compare playlists, and manage placements. The Service relies on publicly available data from Spotify's APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data without our written consent.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and design, is owned by PlaylistStalker and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Paddle, Resend, and our cloud hosting provider. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaylistStalker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
